Please submit your request within 60 days (after receive the order). We will revert within 1-3 business days. Thank you for your patience.
We accept returns and exchanges on all items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with original tags attached.

*Please use any shipping method most convenient for you and return your product with a paper of the order number inside the package to the address. Using USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx for return can enter the tracking on your end (click My Returns after you logged in). For other couriers, please reach out to: email@example.com with your proof of postage and order number.
Return & Exchange requests are mostly processed within 3-7 business days after we received your shipping info.

Cancelling or Change Orders
You cannot change or cancel your order once it has been shipped.
If you have second thoughts, you can start Exchange or Return procedure above when your order has been delivered.
To receive your refund; all returned items must be in their original, unwashed, unworn condition with tag still attached.
Please allow us 3-7 business days to process your refund request. We will issue the refund to your original payment account or you could choose store credit or gift card.
Arrival time of the refund is subject to different online bank processing efficiency.
