RETURN & EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns or Exchanges can only be made within 30 days from the date you get your items.

FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via our customer service team via support@musesonly.com. Please kindly provide us with your:

  • Order number
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Photos of the issue and the tag attach

    After we receive and verify the issue, we will offer solutions. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

    FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    We accept returns and exchanges on all items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with original tags attached. 

    You may don’t like the fit or color when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns or exchange. Please kindly check the policies:

    • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
    • If you want to exchange, please kindly advise what size or color you want to receive
    • We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
    • We will refund/resend you when we get the returned items or any proof of return.
    • For Credit Card, it can take 2-10 days for the refunds to be reflected in your account. (Depends on the bank)
    • For Paypal, it can take about 3-7 day for the refunds to be reflected in your account.
    • We don't refund original shipping charges.
    • There is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.

    COST OF RETURN: For non-defective products, you are responsible for the cost of return.

    GENERAL RETURN PROCESS

    Initiate a return: Please email us via support@musesonly.com with the sku of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 24 working hours.

    *NOTE: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

    We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information or return receipt, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
